Very disappointed how the manager took up for the worker (Cindy) who held my car on the lot several days after it was repaired. This is the first dealership that I have ever experience keeping a car on the lot for several days without calling the owner. A professional dealership would have called the owner once the car was ready and a good manager would have questioned and notice that the car was parked for several days in the same spot after being repaired. Who can afford to leave their car at any dealership without a loaner car for several days when the car is ready for pickup and staff refused to notify you that your vehicle is ready?

We bought my pre-owned vehicle from Doug Henry in Goldsboro and everyone that we dealt with was very kind and helpful and no one that we dealt with in the sales department was pushy or over bearing, you had the feeling they honestly just wanted to help you and not just sell you a car. Everyone worked to make sure our needs were met and were eager and ready to answer any questions we had. We also got to meet with the service department and were met with the same friendliness that we experienced in the sales department. We plan on buying our next vehicle from Doug Henry as well as bringing our car in any time we are need of vehicle service or repair.

I a so grateful for the service and customer service I received from the moment I arrived on the lot, front door and to the service department. I have to say that Jose, Pablo, Doug, and Jimmy made my experience easy and effective. The customer service was laced with patience and trust that is very rare, especially when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I was asked if I was ready to sign my life away? based on my experience I was ready to join hands with another family. GREAT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE>

First off I just want to say that Jose Nino was amazing to deal with. As soon as I pulled up he was by my side assisting me with my purchase. The bad for me, first off the car was listed at 15k online, when I arrived at the dealership I was told it was actually 18k because they had put new tires on the vehicle? I’ve purchased tires a couple times in my life and it has never cost me 3k. Anyhow when we asked if we could get close to the online price because I drove almost 2 hours to get there I was told that the price was now actually 19k instead of 18k and that they would drop the price to 18k to give me a “deal”. At this point the car was already 3k over fair market value for a 2016 model with over 50k miles. I made the drive to get away from military installations because they tend to try and take advantage of their customers not realizing that I was within a couple miles from an air force base. In conclusion Jose Nino is an outstanding employe that is great with people and should be looked at as an asset by his employer and peers. Would I recommend this dealership ehhhh not so much unless you like fighting about misleading prices. Do yourself a favor and get away from any and all military bases if your looking for a dealership that wants and appreciates your business.
