This was first service experience with Audi and it was the best service I had. I loved the video update and my service was done before the estimated time.

We have been working with Scott for a number of years, and he always provides exceptional service. This visit, he went out of his way to fit us into an already busy service schedule so that the car would be diagnosed ASAP. Although a loaner car wasn't available immediately, he kept us informed about when one might by returned and communicated when it did come in. Scott is knowledgeable and straightforward. We really enjoy doing business with him and the dealership.

Kevin was very accommodating, and had excellent customer service. Went above and beyond for my husband who thought he was simply bringing in my car and oil change.
