Mohammed, Today I stopped by the McGuire dealership and had the pleasure of working with Mohammed ("Mo"). I explained that I was looking for a newer Ram with some upgraded features. I've been a Ram owner since purchasing my first one in 2018, so finding the right truck was important to me. Mo took the time to sit down with me and go over several options that fit within my budget. While the first option was a little more than I wanted to spend, he continued working with me and showed me a second option. Although the monthly payment was still higher than I had originally planned, the truck exceeded my expectations and offered everything I was looking for. I felt it was a great value, and I'm extremely happy with my decision. Mo was honest, knowledgeable, and never pressured me. He assured me that the second Ram would meet my expectations, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and sincerity throughout the entire process. And Mark was awesome to , mark took me for a test drive and showed me all the bells and whistles, and then finished up the deal. Nick in service dept was excellent. Kept me well informed. Very polite and extremely professional. Very pleased with service and problem was solved. Not particularly happy with Chrysler warranty policy on electrical issues. Using corrosion as a void of warranty on internal parts is a cop out. Too bad great service overshadowed by poor policies
