Friendly staff excellent facility. Only negative was the service advisor tried to convince me that filter that was replaced was not covered by 3 year 3600 complimentary. He ended up replacing it at no cost . I had to show him the fine prints of the benefits. I feel that as a customer I shoul not have to do that.

As soon as I arrived, I was immediately taken care of. I was told that service would take approximately 3 hours. When I told Benson I couldn't wait for it. He offered an Uber back to my house and I accepted. Benson arranged for the trip. He called me when my car was serviced and offered to to pick me up via Uber. When I got there, my car was serviced and cleaned before I drove out. Exceptional service!
