I worked with Joseph Juarez to buy a new GV70 and had a fantastic experience. There was a bit of a snafu with the car we were supposed to see, but Joseph was very transparent and kept us frequently updated as it got sorted out. We were able to pivot to another car and Joseph made the process completely pain-free. He honored the deal we discussed over the phone, was encyclopedic in his knowledge of the car (giving me a live demonstration of all the features before we left), did not pressure us about anything, and was very friendly and enjoyable to chat with while working though the paperwork. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years, and Joseph is the best salesman I’ve worked with, would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Genesis of Ontario. The dealership itself is very modern, clean, spacious, and just feels very luxurious. I also worked with Edwin over the phone, and he was great as well. I had an overall great experience at Genesis of Ontario. Safa was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Everything went as smooth as clockwork and I love my GV70. My friends love it too, and I have a feeling one of them will be going there to look at one for himself. As a side note, the physical dealership building is absolutely phenomenal. I’ve never seen anything like it… It’s a work of art in itself. I’m 100% satisfied with the entire experience. .
