When I followed up and asked a fair question about pricing, especially considering the vehicle had a reported minor accident on the Carfax, I received a short and dismissive “No” reply followed by a message that felt unnecessarily defensive. As someone ready to purchase a vehicle and asking reasonable questions, I expected a more respectful and professional tone — especially from a dealership representing a luxury brand like Genesis. Communication and transparency are critical in building trust with potential buyers. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Small interactions make a big difference in the car-buying experience, and I ultimately decided to continue my search elsewhere with dealerships who are more customer-focused and responsive.
