Had the best car buying experience of my life with Oscar Benavides at Hyundai of Columbia. Oscar treated me very fairly and took a half hour to show me all the features after my purchase. I will go back to Oscar again the next time I need a vehicle.
The Service department embodies all the bad things you think about customer service today; poor processes, zero customer focus, and useless management. Tried to schedule a 7500 mile service for my Genesis online. Received several confirmation emails, signed by the Service Manager, stating my car would be picked up at 9:45 and a loaner provided. 9:45 arrives and I have nothing and no one from the dealership. Call the service department to find out that they have my appt for 1:30 and no one is coming to get my car and there are no loaners. No attempts to make it right; just sorry excuses. I've heard nothing from the Service Manager and don't expect to; just emails confirming my appt. If you find a good one, keep it. If you are looking at this dealership, keep looking.
While initially very supportive responsive to get my car in and have it serviced, the lack of follow up and ability to repair my 2019 GENESIS G70 is completely unacceptable. My vehicle has been without a functional Radio/Infotainment System (that they were ordering to replace for me under warranty) for more than 70 days and counting. I have received no communications from them via email, text or phone to provide an updated status on the repair. Unfortunately this is only one of many issues I have experienced with the car that has only 10K miles on the odometer. I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced at Antwerpen GENESIS of Columbia, and if you have not purchased a GENESIS, I would recommend buying another brand. My recommendation is based on the lack of service I have received from GENESIS of Towson, GENESIS Motor America and this dealership.
