Everyone at this dealership was excellent! 1000/10 recommend them. They were quick to help answer all of our questions and even though we were there to buy a used car that much cheaper than all of the cars on the lot, they gave us the luxury experience and didn’t treat us any differently, even while being busy! We were truly impressed with their customer service and just over all friendliness, kindness and willingness to help! Will definitely return in the future and recommend anyone to go there for their next car!
Johnson Volvo has provided excellent service on our 2 Volvo vehicles, XC 90 hybrid and XC40 for over 5 years. Paulino has always accommodated my appointment requests and has been professional, courteous and always friendly. Every Volvo staff member I have talked with have been great, but I have to say that Paulino has gone above and beyond.

Bought my XC-90 T8 new from them and have always serviced with them. Scheduled my 60k service and received my quote. Showed up on the day of my scheduled appointment and they had no record of it even though I had received an email and text that morning confirming my appointment. They fit me in anyway but then I got the bill which was 50% higer than their emailed quote which they then refused to honor. To add insult to injury, they didn't reset the service light either making me question what else they may have missed. I was ready to upgrade my vehicle with them but after that experience, they probably permanently lost my business.

Very professional and had vehicle ready for pre-arranged test drive. On the business side Rod understood our objectives and worked diligently to meet these. Rod also was able to recommend purchase plan that exceeded our original expectations.
