What Others Say

(Pulling up soap box) Fiesta Chevrolet Edinburg Bert Ogden Chevrolet Missionn so in the quest to find the perfect vehicle my wife did extensive research and looked up car buying tips … we located the perfect vehicle online ….we test drove it .. we really like it …. Time to talk numbers … weFiesta Chevrolet~Edinburg,Texasurg,Texas we made our offer…they didn’t even try to counter offer waisted 2 hours … so we decided to go to where the vehicle was which was at the Bert Ogden Chevy in mission ….their offer was 4k more then the price from Edinburg mind you this is the same company owned by the same dealer group. How can the same exact vehicle have a $4000 price difference? The dealership and Mission explained to us that this vehicle was most likly a traded and they lost money in the trade-in so that money that they lost, is being pushed onto us … now I think the salesman mission did his best hats off to him. But Why does purchasing a vehicle have to be so back-and-forth how can the same vehicle just miles apart have a $4000 difference. The salesman in Edinburg was boasting that their dealership pushes out 3 to 400 trucks a month. Can you imagine the amount of money that is going to that dealership but yet they could not work on a $4000 deal the search continues.

I am not sure if which Chevrolet fault but I took my truck in for some mechanical work. This was in March have been told that the part or parts have not been in. This is almost 5 months. Is this normal? Need some help getting my truck back did not expect this at all.

Robert Romero provided quick and excellent service. I was not expecting to buy a car however, Robert did a wonderful job reviewing the features and benefits of the vehicle I was purchasing.

Luis Ozuna did such a great job in every aspect when it came to choosing my mom’s dream car. Thank you so much!

Excellent sales rep JP. Hes a hustler always taking care of the customer to get a good deal.

Just bought a Silverado. I tried to cancel the AG VAP extended warranty after fully reviewing it at home (I was told I could do this). I tried reaching back out to my salesman and financing manager with no response. After contacting the warranty provider, I was told it’s not possible to cancel. Went back to the dealership and they told me the extended warranty is non-refundable. Ended up costing me an extra $4,000 for a cosmetic warranty that I will never use. I was also told I was approved for a 7% auto loan. When it was time to sign the paperwork I noticed it was actually 7.99%. I was already lured in but that extra .99% adds up to quite a bit for a 72 month loan. I can sit here and blame myself but the dealership was not transparent and very misleading. When you’re at a dealership you simply do not have the brainpower to read through all of the terms and conditions. You’re banking on the dealerships word. Lessons were learned.
