Love Subaru Service Dept. They are ready as soon as I pull my car in no waiting always ontime with appt. Always in and out on my way when dropping off or picking up my car. I love the text messaging during the entire process so if unforeseen problem arises it is dealt with immediately and do not have to reschedule another appt.

Great experience..From Samantha who set up appointment and loaner vehicle , Ted Smith service advisor, who accepted auto and kept us up to date by text, phone etc. Very impressed with video from service department explaining what problem was and status of vehicle. Ted was excellent with follow up throughout. Castle Subaru dealership with Dave Eisin, sales manager and Frank Salinas our salesman are reason we drive out further for service on our vehicle.
