I have had a good experience with this location when I need to take my car.
Lucas was very knowledgeable on the Grand Cherokee that we test drove. I really liked the vehicle but it was a little bit too much for me. I decided to go another route.
Spitzer dealership was $1,000 less than Diehl dealership. Not sure how two certified jeep service dealers can be $1,000 apart in a repair. Our rear differential was cracked (A KNOWN PROBLEM) but Diehl’s would not give us a goodwill warranty (even after quoting us $1,000 more for the SAME repair). This left a bad taste in our mouths which is really sad because this is the fifth jeep that we bought. We buy all our vehicles brand new. So much for customer loyalty so we went out and bought a Honda Passport (Blackout addition) for $56,000 and we paid CASH. We believe Jeep doesn’t want our business and will be sure to spread the word. I’d give Justin Gerg a raise at Spitzer’s. He was very kind and good to deal with.

I can’t remember the concierge’s name, but he was friendly, the service department was fast, and got me on my way quickly! Above and beyond!
