Jeremy was very committed to helping out. He communicated everything very well. My vehicle was fixed quickly and they did everything they could to make sure it was easy for me.
The salesman was friendly and helpful and well mannered, he made the process easier. But we were not impressed with the financial departments, when we said no to added warranty we meant didn't like being over pressured.
The buying experiences was pleasant and respectful. That is not the norm these days. I appreciated Amanda’s professionalism and willingness to negotiate. The same could be said for Alex. I also have to mention Bri for finding agreeable financing. If I have to lodge a complaint, it would be simple. There was mis communication in thinking that I was just reviewing the truck rather than financing. I would’ve like to have had the truck detailed properly. Simple understandable situation.
