Military Veterans, friends and family of Veterans, and those who support our Veterans; Please do not buy any used vehicle from Dorsch!!! Simply do not want someone to go through the very negative experience i had. Two reasons; 1. They do not back their vehicles. Within 7 months and 7,000 miles, repair bills almost totaled vehicle purchase price. Calls to their service manager, Troy, resulted in him telling me tough luck or that I could buy another vehicle from them. Unacceptable! 2. They sell warranties from providers that have complex terms, processes and result in difficulty getting paid out. Vehicle sat at dealership (not Dorsch) for 3 weeks while the warranty provider substantiated the claim. That’s 3 weeks of a rental with that same policy only reimbursing $150 of the rental and only after submitting a notarized document with the claim. Bottom line, Dorsch is the old car salesman they warned you about. Sell them and get them on their way. Do not become one of their victims like i did. Spread the word. Warranty products that are extremely substandard.

I worked with Trevor Hiller to purchase a Ford Crown Victoria. His customer service was excellent as was all the other employees I met. It was so easy to purchase this beautiful car. Everyone was friendly and really knew what needed to be done. I even got a new license plate - no need to go to the DMV. I will certainly look here when I need a new vehicle.
