Haley was outstanding! Very professional and personable. We did have a concern with another sales manager who came into our initial meeting post test drive asking us to decide on the spot which of the 2 SUV's we just test drove that we wanted to buy. This would be more fair to another customer who was also interested in both vehicles. We felt very stressed and pressured at that point. But this was not due to Haley...she was extremely professional! The entire team was very nice - loved the picture we took with the bow on the car!!
