From our initial visit to Rossi GMC on 9 December thru our purchase on 24 December of a new 2026 Terrain, Product Specialist Will Cunningham provided my wife and I with outstanding Sales Service. Will was always patient, very product knowledgeable, quick to respond to many phone calls and txt messages, extremely transparent, consistent in putting "the numbers" down in writing for our review, answering all of our questions clearly and politely no matter how many questions we had or how many times we asked them, and always doing so in a professional, warm manner.
