Was told by Jose that the vehicle we were driving 7 hours ro see was immaculate, we'll taken care of and had both tvs. When we got there they were still cleaning vehicle, it was missing one TV and the rear cover. Only had one key and the interior was trashy. The leather seats and door panels were beat up. No remorse and manager told the sales team no when they offered to lower price to make it right. Would not recommend at all. We were lied to and have the text messages to support this.

Bought a used buick from them water pump went out on the way home they never fixed it I ended up fixing it they said they would pay for parts they did not do that they never responded to my phone calls and the only time they called was to ask for a good review this place is a joke go somewhere that does not have the krumland name on it

Can't even explain what a disappointing experience this was, no one knows their job, and they did NOT do all they billed for! Tried to tell me I don't have certain filters, not true and easily checked! Just a total crap job. It was an emergency this time, but next, I will drive wherever to not go there! What a shame!
