Alex G. was a great sales rep and really made this purchase easy. Sadly, there was only 1 finance rep on site to process lease paperwork for most of the time we were at the dealership, which made the length of the whole process very slow. In the end, we are very happy with the lease and love the new ID.4 pro.
For such a 'high class' dealership, I got a great deal on an ID.4. Can't say the salesperson was very experienced but hey, ya can't have it all.
The service was great, needed damaged tire replacement. Replacement was covered by tire replacement policy they took care of everything
I had a very good experience during the purchase of my vehicle. I am happy with my purchase.
