This place is full of scam artists. I was swindled into their "beat the house" event. There are 2.00 prizes,not the 10,000. As promised on the phone. Don't waste your time. The salesman was rude and arrogant and he looked like zz top! Alls he wanted was to sell me a car and told me it would take 3 hours and I would receive a pencil! Better off to never go there. Very high prices.

I can't fully express how incredible this experience was. The convenience they provided was outstanding, and I’ll never consider buying a Ford from anywhere else but Brattleboro Ford. Huge kudos to the entire team for making this happen and earning a lifelong customer!

Bought a truck,signed contract,made first payment at the dealership.two weeks later got my first bill and it's higher then the contract I signed. Called ford credit and after some running around ford sent a new contract and signed my name to it.how is this dealership not fined?

Brought car to Brattleboro Ford for an oil change and diagnostic and asked for an estimate for parts I was already aware i needed. after keeping my car for over a week they were not sure what was really wrong with it and made no repairs yet I received a bill for over $550. They said it was standard to charge for giving an estimate for parts. All I received was an oil change for $550, most expensive oil change ever, they will gouge you if they think you are a dummy.
