What Others Say

I’m sharing my experience to warn others about billing practices at this dealership. When I purchased my vehicle on December 31, 2025, a $2,500 key replacement warranty was added to my contract without my knowledge or consent. I only discovered it after reviewing my paperwork and immediately returned to cancel it. I was told I would receive a refund within 4–6 weeks. It has now been several months, and I still have not received that refund. I’ve called the dealership multiple times this month. Each time, I’m told they need to “email someone” and that I’ll get a callback—but no one ever follows up. To make matters worse, when I contacted the warranty company directly, I was informed that an additional key replacement warranty for $287 had also been added—again, without my authorization or any disclosure to me. At this point, this feels less like an oversight and more like a pattern of adding unauthorized charges and delaying refunds. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here, review every line of your paperwork carefully before signing, and follow up aggressively on anything that doesn’t look right. I am still waiting for my refund and a clear explanation.

This dealership is the worst I feel like they are a scam and need to be investigated I got an email last week about my car was being serviced and it cost 106.00 the only problem is they did not have my car and it was never taken for service . I feel like they are doing something fraudulent might I add they sold me a lemon and refused to take responsibility I had to go somewhere else to get it rectified so I will never have any of my family or friends buy a car from there . Stay far away take heed to my warning.

Christopher Granados was very friendly very knowledgeable. Listen to my needs. kept me in touch of what’s going on with the car service. I’ll be below. I was very satisfied with Christopher.Granados

Everyone was very nice and professional. No long waits to be helped and explained all options

I wouldn't recommend my enemy to purchase from here. Go elsewhere I promise you. How do you call a customer all day for them to come and they have new car specials to get to the dealership and they tell me they called me by mistake. They to busy flirting with the girl employees but then claim they dont work there. Absolute Garbage Service....

In 29 years of buying and leasing vehicles, this was by far the worst experience I've had. I met with the sales manager, Mr. Pierre, to purchase a new car for my daughters. After writing down my budget and agreeing to a price on my trade and the car, he came back out with a completely different sales agreement. He was trying to charge me the full asking price for a Nissan Versa, had all these additional charges, and even though he knew I was paying cash, wrote in big letters across the page FINANCE ONLY! Then he had the nerve to say that when we shook hands, we never agreed on a price. I would buy a car from satan before him.
