I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Palm Beach Mitsubishi Motors that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a used car from them that was located out of state. They promised that the car would arrive in 4 days, but it ended up taking nearly 2 weeks. Throughout this period, their communication was abysmal. They rarely answered my calls and when they did, I was given misleading information or flat-out lies about the whereabouts of my car. When the car finally arrived, the ordeal was far from over. It took another 2 weeks to receive the title. Trying to get any sort of update or accurate information from the general manager was a nightmare. On the rare occasions when he did respond, his answers were untruthful and evasive. The level of customer service at Palm Beach Mitsubishi Motors is the worst I have ever encountered. They made an already stressful process much more difficult than it needed to be. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
The worse dealership on the planet. They are extremely nice and helpful until they sell you the car. After the sale, it all goes out the window. I was sold a warranty I couldn't use. They told me it covered the hybrid battery, but after driving the car only 200 miles the hybrid battery went out abd wqs not covered under the warranty. They mis documented the milage on all my paperwork so the warranty company wouldn't honor it for another repair. It took nearly 3 weeks for them to fix the milage in the warranty to get denied again by the warranty company. I'm now stuck with a $7000 repair for a vehicle that's only worth $10,800. Customer service after you've purchased the vehicle goes out the window. The salesman Shawn even called after I left a bad Google review to attempt to bully me into changing it. I would not recommend this place without a 3rd party vehicle inspection
Car arrived with more miles than agreed upon. Less than 72 hours car stop cranking. Tires where severely damaged
New Service Management is absolutely laser customer focused. Service specials are back! in and Out Quickly, car was washed/vacuumed nicely, staff is very friendly, technician came to discuss my concerns with me (very unusual but loved it). Facility is very clean, looked at new models on showroom floor and outside while I waited for my vehicle to be completed. If your Mitsubishi is in need of anything, please see John G, Service Manager for that Truly Exceptional First Class Service Experience!!

Ask for Darion! Thank you Darion for changing my car sales experience after a nightmare at another non-Mitsubishi dealer. I requested several pictures and details outside the listing and Darion was prompt, attentive, professional, and trustworthy. The manager Jack was personable and certainly customer service driven, and lastly thank you Nelsen for your financing guidance. This is the A-team! There are closer Mitsubishi dealers to me, but I will travel to Darion and Palm Beach Mitsubishi for any future new or used car needs.
