I rarely leave reviews, but this experience genuinely shook me. I came in trusting the CarGurus listing, believing the price shown was the actual selling price. Instead, I walked into an auction I never agreed to. The ads on CarGurus and other sites are completely misleading, and it feels like they’re designed to lure people in under false pretenses. Most of the cars on the lot have extremely high mileage, and many look like they’ve had quick, temporary fixes just to survive the auction long enough to be sold “as‑is.” I ended up buying a car, hoping it would at least get me through the basics. Within just a few miles, the check engine light came on. It was obvious the codes had been cleared before the sale, and now I’m dealing with what seems like serious transmission issues. It’s painful to spend your hard‑earned money on something you believed would help you move forward, only to realize you were handed a problem disguised as a car. It honestly feels like I bought junk from a place that doesn’t care about the people who walk through their doors. I truly don’t understand how this operation continues without any oversight. I’m sharing this so others don’t go through the same disappointment, stress, and financial loss that I did.

They are crooks!!! Don't waste your time and money, look elsewhere!!! Sold us an infiniti qx56 with a blown motor which they knew about and then made us wait until the auction was over to even get near the truck by telling us we could get the truck for free if he paid more for the truck then what we had just bought it for. Never found out how much he paid for it and was rushed to pay and leave late at night when everything was closing so we couldn't come back with the truck after driving it not even 500 ft. We went and originally to buy a cash car and pay $3950 but were told that we had to wait for it to go through the auction which we then paid $3,700 plus another $1,700 in additional auction fees and other fees that we were never told about. We were walking in the door expecting to pay for the vehicle in cash, not buy a car through an auction. $5,400 for a vehicle that doesn't even run??? That's just wrong!!! They told my wife they couldn't do anything about it, not their problem! They made us wait over 4 hours in the heat with our 10 year old daughter by lying to us about possibly getting the car for free free free!!!

came with $5,500 and left with 3 reliable vehicles with clean titles, cant wait to go back. This place gives the public the chance to purchase vehicles like a REAL dealer without a dealers license, LOVE IT and like forward to building a strong relationship with this company

I never heard back from them. That is very unprofessional especially when someone is trying to spend money with them.
