Story is way too long to repeat. The basic synopsis is that they xxxxxx around with repairing my truck after the fact. They told me they couldn’t hear the noise on start up I was complaining about, but when I picked up the truck, started it up in front of one of their workers and it made a horrendous noise on start up right away. Left it with them at that point and now, almost a month and a half later, they still haven’t called me or given an update. Had a relative driving through town go to pick it up and turns out it’s been sitting on the lot this whole time with nobody even trying to fix it like I had been told they would. Absolute dog xxxx dealership. Buy a truck anywhere else.
I just got up charged 2,000, on a car without my knowledge. They admit doing it but, tell you, got you to bad. They changed the web price and wrote an extra sticker for the window, I have witnesses to the web price and I found the car price sticker in the glove box . Calling a lawyer, not going to settle for a 2,000 free maintenance for a year
Great service department. Doug Green, the service writer did an excellent job on getting my truck repaired in a thoughal and timely manner. And they are reasonably priced compared to other shops. I highly recommend them.
Will never buy another vehicle from these people. If you are looking for a good used vehicle. Stay away from Brad's. They won't back anything they sell.
All I can say is. I wish this dealership was located where I live in Fontana, Ca. Great service friendly people. They got me back on the road in no time.
Horrible experience, brought in my car with 81 thousand miles and got low balled by an offer of 8-9k so I declined that, and I came back home and found out their sales appraiser posted it to facebook marketplace before even coming to an agreement with me. And they posted it for 15,990 and tried to tell me it’s only worth 8k. Bunch of shady people, wouldn’t trust anything they tell you. What kind of “professional dealer” post your car before buying it…added photo for proof they posted it without buying it.
