Haven't bought from a dealership in a long time, was looking for a reliable car with food fuel economy and my co-worker told me to go talk to Will at Jeep Only. I see why the recommendation was made, Easiest purchase of my life. The whole process went smooth, and I love the Jeep. Chris made sure I got the rate I deserved and Rudy added a service plan to make sure my vehicle was covered as if I was buying a new car.
Service tech Keith is awesome, he is the only person I would give 5 stars at this dealership. The service advisors here are horrible to deal with and there is absolutely no leadership or concept of communication. Service advisor EJ is a new employee and the leadership is doing a disservice not only to him but the customers by not properly training him on their systems. While there this morning he asked his two coworkers, Abraham and Jen, to assist him in having the deductible added to my account as my extended warranty is covering the work. Both of these coworkers were EXTREMELY rude and did not want to assist him, all in front of me, the customer. He then asked the brand new Service Manager, who asked Jen and Ahraham if they knew how to add the deductible and they both told him no. Which is a flat out lie because back in December 2023 my extended warranty covered all the work on my car for an Evap leak and Abraham was my service advisor who had every thing done and complete. The service manager then called someone on the phone to walk him through how to complete this. As an outsider looking in you can not only feel the tension between all the employees in the service department but you can tell it's a toxic environment to work in and there is zero respect between anyone who works there. This is incredibly sad and disappointing to witness as a customer. You honestly cannot tell me not one single person in the service customer area does not know how to handle extended warranties in their computer systems. Also, the two times I have made an appointment over the phone I was told the work would be completed during my appointment time. Each time when I arrived I was told the work would not be completed for a "few days" because the service department was backed up and to leave the vehicle there. I own a Jeep Trackhawk, you best believe I will NOT be leaving my car to sit around to possibly have someone go joyriding in. Not saying it would happen but you never know. If the service department is backed up and can not complete the work when confirmed it would be during the scheduled appointment time, then DO NOT schedule an appointment for the work to be completed. I thought Towbin Auto Group was horrible to deal with but I would go back to them then to ever step foot into Jeep Only ever again. If I could give this service department negative stars I would. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different dealership, I know will for now on.
I purchased a Jeep Compass and I had the best sales person named Cu. He was a great communicator and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the whole process and things went smoothly. I highly recommend asking for CJ to help you purchase your vehicle at Jeep only. The overall experience was easy and pretty quick. And the F & I rep Tommy was great too. I will definitely come back to purchase another Jeep again in the future at Jeep only.
Carlos was great, found the Jeep that I wanted within hours of my visit and was able to throw a few additional add one at no additional charge!
Friendly team and exceptional customer service. Actually lowered my payment from I was originally told.
