I can honestly say that my experience at this dealership had to be the worse I’ve ever experienced. From the customer service to the craftsmanship of the mechanics. I took it to a different Alfa Romeo dealership and they informed me that whoever worked on my car last had left lose screws and bolts on the engine which is extremely worrisome and unexpected given that this dealership was the last one that had touched my car to replace the turbo. When I picked up my Stelvio when it was finally done I found grease stains on the inside upholstery of the car. Very unprofessional and sloppy work and just a few of the things that you most definitely don’t find at a quality dealership or any dealership for that matter. Carrying the name Alfa Romeo should mean more than the work the employees do at this dealership. Very disappointing and I will most definitely not recommend coming this place. I just can’t seem to understand how anyone can hand a vehicle back to the customer in those conditions. It’s a shame.

Pros: great deal and no price haggling Cons: the car I bought has an barely noticeable small dent on the right rear view mirror yet they did not provide this information proactively; the car interior was not properly cleaned, I’ve even found drunk bottled water underneath the seat; don’t get the extended warranty from them, they’ll rip you off. You can get the exact same package 4X cheaper outside.

We came a long way to work with the team at Alfa Romeo Stevens Creek and it was worth our time. They have a beautiful facility and wee enjoyed working with Vo, Muz and Dilip. They made us comfortable and wasted no time in getting us set up with our new Tonale. A very pleasant experience.
