Donte was my 1st contact over the phone and he was super friendly when he introduced me to Jermiah when I walked into the dealership. Jermiah was great to work with. Easy going and knowledgeable. Wasn't pushy and everything he said was with a smile. Erik in finance was fantastic as well. Not pushy and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, I couldn't have imagined a better experience with all 3 of these men. Norm Reeves Honda is well represented and should be commended for having such outstanding representatives....
