I was waiting for service with estimate 2-4 hr. Service manager expedited and was out of dealership in less than 1.5 hours.

I made an appointment on line for last Wednesday. When I arrived at the dealership, I was immediately met by a person from the service department. They directed me to Dennis who explained in detail what would be done to my vehicle during my appointment. He made some recommendations based on the mileage of my Ridgeline. Because I had another pressing appointment, I was only able to get my oil changed. Dennis got me in and out in a quick period of time. He made sure my Ridgeline was washed. It was a good experience.
