This dealership fell far short of expectations when I purchased a certified pre-owned Audi with an Audi exclusive special paint color. I bought the vehicle sight unseen from 18+ hours away, relying on their assurances of its "showroom" and "immaculate" condition, and a clean Carfax. Unfortunately, the reality proved to be quite different. Roughly a month after receiving the car, as the initial heavy wax coating began to fade, the true state of the paintwork became apparent. What I anticipated as minor clear coat issues were revealed to be far more significant upon a professional detailer's inspection. The findings included several body panels containing filler, a clear coat respray that extended onto window seals, widespread light and dark paint, overspray in inappropriate areas, and peeling clearcoat in various areas. To get a second opinion, I brought the car to a reputable local body shop. Upon learning the vehicle was certified pre-owned, they expressed surprise at the “garbage” quality of the previous bodywork and opted not to undertake any repairs. Seeking a resolution, I contacted the sales general manager via email and followed up with a phone call. The response I received was dismissive, combative and rude. The GM stated they would not take any action and suggested I should have visited the dealership before purchasing—a suggestion that conflicted with their initial description of the vehicle's condition. When I mentioned involving Audi corporate, the sales GM ended the call. Subsequently, Audi corporate intervened and requested a response from General Manager Joe Boscco within two business days. To date, I have not received any communication from Mr. Boscco or his team. It's concerning to note that I read another review from three months ago with a similar complaint for hidden paint/bodywork, which also appeared to remain unresolved by the dealership. I advise potential buyers to exercise caution when considering any used vehicle from this dealership. My experience left me with an overpriced car that was not as represented.
Sold a Vehicle to us under the impression that it had factory warranty. Found out the warranty was VOID and was modified and the dealership didn’t stand behind what the represented. Don’t buy from here!
The salesperson acted like we a bother to him. First he said when asking about the car was it going auction on Monday and we to get a deal done today. But the sat there for another week. I would not go back to this dealership again.
Sent a message expressing interest. No response. Sent in credit application. No response. Responding is a necessary component to selling cars.
