They had the inventory I was looking for and a list of rebates and discounts that I qualified for. Denis was very straightforward and knowledgeable about the car.

My experience working with Denis at Rusnak Thousand Oaks was excellent. He understood what I was looking for in a car and found the perfect car for me. Then, he made me a great deal and streamlined the transaction by taking my information in advance so I did not have to spend a lot of time at the dealership. I did not feel pressured, and in the end felt that I i made the best decision. This is the gold standard for buying a car.

Dealership is clean and dropoff was easy. I took my car in for a check engine light, car was under warranty. I never gor a follow up call or text from my service advisor. I had to constantly call for updates. I brought the car in on Monday morning first thing. At the end of the day, no update. I called mid-day on Tuesday and the Advisor (Barry Taylor) tells me the part is on order, maybe I'll have the car by Friday. Would have been nice to know this on Monday. He says the dealership will arrange a rental, but an hours goes by and I hear nothing from them. Again, I have to call them to see about the rental. By Wedneaday I get an automated text with a cost rundown. I ask for a quote for the front brakes to be replaced in addition to the warranty work, but Barry never responds to this or any of my texts. I call on Thursday for an update and Barry again says he will text me with an update and a time estimate for qhen the car qill be ready Friday. He does not text or call. Finally, on Friday, I call the dealer for an update. Barry tells me the car is ready pending warranty paperwork. How long had the car been ready for pickup? Would I have even gotten a call that day? I told Barry early on that I needed my car back by Froday afternoon since I have two young children with car seats that remained in the car. Very disappointed with the lack of proactive communication.

Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend Rusnak Volvo, especially Germano and the entire team, to anyone looking for a professional, honest, and enjoyable car-buying experience.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the team was to deal with. The whole transaction was performed online and the car I wanted was delivered to my doorstep within 24 hours. Bless Konstantin his flexibility.
