Overall a pretty good experience. Went to test drive an older "as is" car they had, from out of state. I did end up purchasing the car. Very nice people, very helpful throughout the process but information/details/cleaning was a bit sloppy. Odometer reading on final paperwork was inaccurate by about 500 miles. When doing test drive..car wasn't fully cleaned (lot of residue in cup holder and elswhere, the built in ash tray wasn't cleaned at all. Would have been nice to know before travelling (long distance to see the car) that it was a smoker's vehicle. There was some kind of chemical smell in the car (I assume that it was from the dealership trying to get the smoke smell out). That smell gave me breathing issues when driving it back to my home state, ended up having to roll the windows down for the return trip. Pros: I did appreciate that they did allow me to take it to a separate mechanic to get it checked out for any issues. That was a huge deal as the car was many years old. Roger (sales manager) was transparent about the main issues that the car had, which I was glad about. For the question on the review 'Would you recommend this dealership?" probably for a new car, not necessarily for a used car.
