Went in for a check engine light and gas tank indicator not working. Dan was accommodating and said give me awhile for our team to look at it. I had to return to Saugerties for work and decided to leave the Mazda. Gave us a car to get home. Called the next day and they found the problem. Got it done faster than he thought and we are all good. Great employee and customer service he provided was above and beyond.
Zephaniah clearly communicated what to expect with regard to the service - was responsive in a timely fashion to my questions (again his responses were clearly communicated) and he was very professional & polite during our interactions - overall excellent experience - hope to work with him again in the future

Working with Raffay, Ben and Zak for the purchase was a GREAT experience/transaction. Couldn't ask for better! ...The only thing i could say bad was about the detailing crew/dept. It was OBVIOUS the car was not detailed before receiving. There were dirt scuffs all over bottom edge of inside drivers door, the sill/kick plates and door jams were all filthy, the ledge inside the trunk was filthy, and, worst of all, there was shipping tape adhesive everywhere on the paint. Obviously the car was not washed & waxed before delivery. I gave it a good wash & paint sealant when i got home and got all the adhesive off. Maybe not a really big deal, but would have expected better. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
