If I could give less than one star I would. Gave them my credit card to hold a car and then had multiple fraud attempts on card. They aren't just bad they are criminals! Total scam.
Awful!!!!! The customer service representative called me the wrong name and it took several days to get a response.
They don't return Cars.com inquiries.. and if you call... they seem to use Bait and switch on the listed price... saying the listed price is only if you finance thru them, and a cash price will cost you more. But none of that is stated in their ad.... I believe NY has a law Covering that but they don't seem to care.
They advertise home delivery and virtual appointments, but if you can actually reach a representative (it took me three phone calls and an email), you'll learn that they actually require you to physically come to the dealership to do business with you. Vince rudely told me that he wouldn't even provide me with a Carfax report unless I came in person. I offered to coordinate logistics and shipping - they still declined. Their customer service is very cumbersome, outdated, and unprofessional.
