Team Sanderson Service Department is awesome. I brought my 2017 Explorer in for routine maintenance and they found several other crucial issues that required immediate attention. Mike Perreault, Service Advisor, took excellant oversight of the services and repairs...he kept me updated on issues discovered, remedies needed, time required to repair and expected costs. The service technicians made my car safe and service worthy, my sincere thanks to them. Mike, the technicians, the service counter staff were professional, customer oriented, and looked out for my welfare driving a safe and reliable vehicle. Thanks Team Sanderson!!!
The Dealership was clean. It was also well staffed and very accommodating and friendly. And answered all my questions.
This place is horrible in every aspect. I was sold a Jeep, and 2 weeks later experienced all kinds of mechanical issues. Tried to undue the deal the second day and was told it couldn't be done; they needed the commission. Buyers, be super aware, avoid if possible.
I recentky bought a used Ford Ficus 2013 from the fleet manager Dave Harris. I received information on this vehicle and what a find he has found for us. I was disappointed at first but the Service manager took action to respond and resolve all my issues. Will recommend highly.... Thank You Ann Walker
Sanderson Ford has great prices, without dealer markups. It was a no pressure environment and pricing was transparent. Ryan McDermott was my sales representative and he was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, kind and incredibly friendly.
