When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about.

I can't say enough about this dealership. My lease was up so I turned in my rogue and pickup. I sat with Adam and Wally and both were super nice. I ended up leasing the Rougue for my wife and bought the pickup for myself this was the best experience I ever had at a dealership The best part was there was no pressure. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and ask for Adam

Thalia (?) was able to solve the problem in about 2 minutes!!!! You need to update your evaluation.....some of the questions asked were NOT APPLICABLE! .i.e. I did not Finance the car, and I did not trade in a car....
