They completely hosed me. I was a fool to take their word. They produced an "unsafe vehicle" document they said I had signed and told me to go pound sand. They are out for money, period. I regret meeting them and strongly caution against having anything to do with them.
amazing people! amazing service. nothing like you’d expect from a dealership. they made buying a car the easiest experience ever! no pain or hassle. would buy another car from them in a heartbeat! Thank you Brian and everyone else for your amazing help!
I corresponded with the owner for 2 weeks. I was told the vehicle I liked was scheduled to go to the shop for rotors and breaks so the price would go up after that. I asked how much it would cost and when it would be out of the shop and then was told they were just selling it as is and didn't want to do the work themselves so it wouldn't be inspected and they'd sell it for the original listing price. They said it was in great shape and only needed breaks and rotors. I priced that out with my local shop, scheduled when to make the hour drive to go test drive and purchase the vehicle, and I was mislead and extremely disappointed. The car was disgusting, smelled awful, was full of water damage, and the bottoms of all the doors were rusted really bad. I tried looking at other vehicles on the lot since I made the trip and they were all disgusting too and overpriced for the amount of miles they had on them. I left without a car, but received a friend request on Facebook because the owner looked me up online. He also emailed me again that evening asking why I didn't meet with him, I told him I was very disappointed with the condition of the vehicle. He said they just hadn't gotten around to detailing that one yet and it was a solid vehicle. They had no intentions of detailing it- he had told me before he just wanted to sell it as is. I guess they haven't gotten around to detailing any of their vehicles because majority of the ones I looked at were filthy. Apart from the vehicles the owner didn't seem very professional, he seemed to have an attitude and would be very short with me at times, didnt seem genuine, and the fact that he looked me up online to send me a friend request made me a little uncomfortable.
