If you go Boland Chevrolet, then you must talk with Cheryl. I was in the process of buying a preowned Ford F150 from a Chevy dealership... no jokes please, and I noticed the vehicle had a slight issue. This issue was no fault of Boland, rather the person who traded in the vehicle to Boland never had a recall by Ford fixed on the truck. So, here's what happened... I wanted to buy the truck, but I wanted it fixed before I purchased it, and Boland realized that the recall was no longer being paid for by the Ford company since the recall expiration date had passed. This is where Cheryl and Boland management decided to eat the cost and have the vehicle fixed without pushing any additional cost upon me. I was told by everyone, even the guys who I talked with in the shop that they lost money on this deal. They constantly told me that my satisfaction was critically important to them since they don't advertise, but they rely solely upon word of mouth, so they do everything possible to ensure the customer is satisfied. If you are looking for the your next vehicle, then I would contact Cheryl. BTW, I've owned the vehicle 4 months now, and it's running great!

Always get good service for routine as well as unexpected problems. Technicians are good at tasks.
Sales was great, customer service was great, vehicle I bought has leaked oil since I bought it. Had it in the shop 3 times and got it back yesterday. Took a trip to Edwardsville today and on the way back started smelling burning oil again. I try not to be a thorn, but when you pay this much for a truck, you kinda expect it to not leak oil, especially being a 2020.
