I was looking for the very specific Audi S5 - Luxury Blue. And there is so many S5s around, most black / gray / white. I don’t know why industry provides mostly boring colors nowadays. But when we started chatting with Jayden, he was able to make it right over phone / text within Sunday, so that we picked up the car on Monday. He: - ensured he understands my needs - found the car (in was not in Napa dealership - brought the car in - discussed the term and applied all the end of year deals - settled the trade in. Car pickup next day was a breeze. I’d like to also thank other people in dealership who proactively supported the deal (including financing, paperwork, atmosphere and a bottle of Napa wine 🥂.
Jaydan was extremely professional and made the entire experience of buying a car seamless. The entire staff at Audi was exceedingly friendly and welcoming.
I purchased my car before seeing it in person and AJ was extremely helpful and attentive. I appreciated that he conducted everything through text/email per my request, and did not overwhelm me like other dealerships would do. He sent me great videos and answered all my questions and more. My husband and I were on a desperate hunt for a used Kia Telluride, and our search brought us to Audi Napa Valley. We called ahead and got connected with Ashley--she was so friendly and immediately sent me all the vehicle details I asked for since we were coming from Union City, which is about a 1.5-hour drive. We really wanted to make sure it was worth the trip. She also texted me appointment info and emailed everything we needed so we felt prepared before even leaving home. When we arrived, we were greeted right away (which sadly isn't common anymore at most dealerships) and were told Ashley was actually out washing the car and filling it with gas for us. While we waited, we wandered the lot--most of the cars were out of our budget, but we still had fun looking. What stood out was that even while browsing, someone came up to greet us outside, and then later another person greeted us inside. If you've been car shopping lately, you know how unusual that is--at so many dealerships we practically had to beg for help. Here, it felt like they actually wanted to take care of us. They even offered us snacks and drinks several times, which made the wait much more comfortable. Once Ashley came back with the Kia, we took it for a test drive. The car itself was great and priced right, but unfortunately it had more miles than we were comfortable with (over 60k, which is a lot for a newer Telluride). The manager even came out to talk with us and offer alternatives to ease our concerns about mileage, which we truly appreciated. In the end, we decided not to buy, but we left impressed with the level of service, friendliness, and genuine care we experienced at Audi Napa Valley.
