From the moment I contacted Devin, I knew I was in good hands. He was responsive. I was asking about a specific vehicle and he got back to me with all of the specifications and made sure to let me know that if I had further questions to ask him. He was not pushy or aggressive at all, but just supportive and really tried to figure out what my needs were and what I was looking for and if he had a solution to those. He then went to his manager, and he and his manager worked up a great deal for me on the vehicle and was very clear about any other associated fees or additions so I didn’t feel like I was being manipulated or misled in any way. That sense of clarity and Direct communication was greatly appreciated by me and I’m sure it would be greatly appreciated by anyone.
