Everyone was wonderful from opening to closing. Jessie and Curtis both done a great job answering all of our questions. I had actually planned on leaving because the car I purchased was a little out of our price range but Jessie assured me we could work it out and he was right. I can’t speak high enough of everyone there. We had tried other dealerships and they made it feel like a chore to car shop.

The whole process was great. The wait for finance was longer than expected. Other than that was great.

Last month I purchased a vehicle from this dealership and when we were discussing finances I was told that I also had 3 windshield replacements with no deductible along with key fobs and dents and scratches now that my windshield cracked out of nowhere now they wanna tell me that I never purchased that option how was I supposed to purchased something that you told me would come with the vehicle the two sales people that helped me were JD and Logan I won’t be recommending people here nor will I be coming back what a scam of a dealership!! UPDATE! This dealership never reached out to me and when I tried to reach out I was told I would get a call back from a manager and never did til today I’m still waiting on a call and also in another issue when buying a certified pre owned vehicle from them they don’t do an inspection on within 20 days of buying my vehicle it has oil leaks there 3 month 3,000 limited warranty is xx they wouldn’t service my vehicle I have tried three different times to reach a manager and nothing I’ll be contacting an attorney I have enough proof that the dealership told me the vehicle was inspected and road ready when it wasn’t
