I’ve had nothing but great service from this dealership, Mary the service writer was very pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable, however I paid extra when I purchased my vehicle for extended service which included a loaner if service had to keep my vehicle overnight which the did but service dept said they had no loaner cars available.

Took my Super Duty in for a 10,000 mi service. The service advisor was extremely helpful and made sure that all the recommended service items were complete. And he kept me informed with estimated completion time as well as arranging a ride back to the dealership once the work was done. Finally, I got the vehicle back in the condition it was delivered -- clean inside and out. They took good care of me.
