The majority of our deal was done via email with Ralph Sidorowicz. He was extremely friendly, communicative, and prompt with replies and questions. We drove 3.5 hours to purchase a vehicle and were treated great. Connor McKay assisted us when we called due to Ralph being off for the day, he was amazing also. Kyle Sperry, the sales manager, was excellent. His dedication to being upfront, honest, and friendly made the deal flow outstanding. The salesman that helped us was Brandon Reynolds. He took us for a test drive and answered all of our questions. He was thorough, polite, and is the exact type of person you want selling you a car. Lastly, Tamyra assisted with the final paperwork and finance deal flow. She was amazing and great at breaking things down and making sure you understand what you’re signing. After I purchased the car I had a small issue with the coolant reservoir and they had be back in the shop and fixed the issue no questions asked.
