Friendly service, got to me quickly even though the extreme cold weather Very professional team
Excellent Experience!! Greeted at door by Marice, Service Rep and confirmed exactly what I needed done. During this time a WONDERFUL gentleman vacuumed out my truck before it was taken back for service. At completion, the service tech came out and explained what he did and found that needed attention; and corrected the finding at that visit.
Very good experience. Rick was very helpful in letting us check out the new (to us) Yukon that we purchased. Becky did a great job handling the paperwork and answering our questions.
The Heiser radio ads promise I will get great service when the serviceman assists me with my vehicle. But what kind of service will I get if the service technician is a woman? Will I get the same level of service?
