Very helpful young lady ; after looking at the MKC on the lot, I realized it was too small for my needs .
This was the best car buying experience ever, competent, professional, and no hard sell tactics, They have eliminated the finance manager from the process and all paperwork is handled digitally by your sales agent. WOW!
Recently bought a new CT5V blackwing from sewell. I searched for a dealer that would not charge a "market adjustment" (aka take advantage of their customers). I was referred to Dustin from on some facebook forum posts and I have nothing but positive words to say. Being from out of town theres always a little concern in the back of your head that you could travel all the way there and then the dealer start playing games. As he had a great reputation on the forums and groups, it helped ease my mind and having spoken with him a few times, I felt confident that I made the right decision. The entire deal from placing the order to signing the paperwork was easier than buying a car from my local dealer. No games and all paperwork was ready before I arrived so I did not have to sit around for hours..... This isnt just how buying a car should be, this is how buying anything should be.
Good Morning, Mr. Eljundi I had the pleasure of interacting with Mister Nathan Redden your finance manager, he provider awesome customer service. Above and beyond what I expected and am use too, Will continue to use Sewell for all my car needs, Mister Redden totally ease my mind about my warranty decision,
Great customer service - we are on the hunt of buying a SUV and my husband spoke to Kevin Lewis prior to arrival. He let him know that we were looking to test drive a 2021 Escalade. Kevin let him know that the only way we would be able to get our hands on one for test drive would be with a pre-owned Escalade. We arrived on a Friday.afternoon and within 15 minutes of arrival, we were testing driving a pre-owned Escalade. He let us know that the wait time for a new Escalade is between 6-8 months. The wait is definitely worth it because the ride does not compare with any other SUV we have driven. If we do decide to purchase, we will definitely go with Kevin at Sewell.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Sewell... I live in Frisco and used to go to Crest in Plano since they were close. I hadn't even heard of Sewell at the time.... Crest moved to Frisco which made me fell happy but then a friend mentioned how they had purchased several cars from Sewell over the years. My lease was ending so I figured why not at least check it out.. It as a completely difference experience. I came expecting to spend $50k on a new XT5 and left spending low $40's. I thought I needed a premium based on my research but after being thoroughly informed on what the differences were in the vehicles, the salesman ended up saying the luxury trim is what fit my requirements. Had this salesman just gave me what asked for, I likely would have been just fine.... He stated that he wanted to make sure I understood everything. Having done a lot of research, I felt that I did........ I didn't..... By asking questions about the real things that mattered and explaining what the options are, I moved one trim level down and still received everything that I needed... I still feel so confused because I don't feel like I went to a car dealership. A car dealership is supposed to keep up selling you and make as much money as possible. This salesman took his time to listen to me and made sure that I was not spending too much. Sadly, I have a problem remembering names and cant recall who my salesman was. All I can recall is that he had several race car pictures on his desk. If you see this review, thank you and sorry I forgot your name LoL! oh and no tricks in finance. I did end up buying the tire and wheel policy and the excess wear.... excess wear is a no brainier and if you like to tap curbs like me, tire and wheel policy is very good option. LoL...
