I have had my Expedition in for service to troubleshoot an airbag code and the vehicle not starting twice now. The first time involved a recall issue for the seatbelts, so there was no charge for the service. Nothing was found in regards to my other concerns, because I was told they would need to look at them later even though all of my concerns were listed when the appointment was scheduled. Took it back in for the second time today to have the recall work finished and for them to run diagnostics on the code. After charging us for the diagnostic service, which only showed an old code, we were told that is all they could do for us. And, to bring it back in when it happened again...?!? Really, I am to drive around with a possible faulty airbag??? HORRIBLE customer service. This place is only looking for your money, as we were told that they would have to run diagnostics again when it happened and that we would have to pay for the fee again?! How about charge me once until you figure out the issue?! Supposedly, it is safe to drive, assuming it starts. I won't return to this dealership. Instead, I will drive to Keyser and support WV economy.
They helped me find the car I was looking for when no one else would and they sold it to me at a good price and gave me maximum trade in value for my car.
Timbrook is a Great dealership. they are knowledgeable and so helpful with all the decisions made to buying a car as well as patient!
