I was able to have several issues taken care of in one visit. Staff was very nice.

Interaction with salesperson was excellent and deal was easy but…. When it came to financing and closing the deal I felt like I was in a twilight zone. The communication amongst the finance people seemed to be nonexistent. Three different finance people were involved and I had to provide the same information multiple times. I made an appointment to close the deal with the second finance person I dealt with but it wasn’t honored. In fact that person wasn’t in the dealership the day of the appointment. A third finance person met us and seemed to have very little knowledge of our situation. Had to give him the same information that I had given earlier, he said it wasn’t in the system. After providing the information the finance office ran a credit check which showed up on my phone. It was almost an hour of waiting before we signed the papers without any explanation of the delay. Never once did the finance people asked about the trade-in, seems they were clueless. I removed my license plate and left the keys at the counter in the front lobby. Salesman- great Finance- serious communication issues

Terrence was great to work with, really laid back experience and we were informed every step of the way. I appreciated the multiple team members coming to speak with us. Its been a while since we last purchased from this dealership however, this was our family's 3rd new car purchase from Bachman and we appreciate the consistent positve sales experience here.
