We were very pleased with the work and appreciated the fact they diagnosed problem guickly.
I needed an inexpensive used truck option to replace my Tacoma that went to my son-in-law. Trent and Hugo not only had the right truck at the right price (2004 Tundra), but worked with the service manager to take care of a few essentials to give me a safe and reliable vehicle. I hesitate to mention all of the things they did for us at a great price. And on top of that, they even delivered the updated truck to our residence on the Oklahoma side of Fort Smith (Jacob was superb). We've had two excellent experiences with McLarty in the recent past. I'm sure we'll have more in the future.
4th purchase here and it was a good deal and easy process like always. And great atmosphere with the new management and team this year!

Andre was outstanding to work with, we walked in to the dealership just to look at a new Jeep. Andre was so easy to work with and zero pressure that we walked out with a brand new 2025 Rubicon. Andre has been great after the sale supporting us from afar, he saved us an hour and a half one way several times in the process!
Sales person Andrew was great help answered all of our questions and helped fing us the right vehicle. The service department is horrible we have an issue with a brand new vehicle. 1st time I was there for 2 hours they couldn't fix it. I was told to come back. I took off another day of work and it's still not fixed. I asked about compensation for the issues and the GM said that that they can't do anything like that. So I still have to take the vehicle back for a 3rd time
