I called there talk to a salesman I was interested in that terrain Denali. I said I had a 2020 train Dinali for trade the first thing he said to me was well they’re pretty hard to sell and I know they are not hard to sell. I said OK and thank you. And hung up.

I stopped in to Stephen Motors in Monticello,Iowa because my check engine light came on. My 2010 Impala was bought used and not at this dealership. I was very impressed with the prompt and courteous service. Much to my surprise my service was covered under warranty.I will definitely consider them for my future service and auto needs. I have purchased at least 8 vehicles from Stephen Motors over the past 20 years. They are fair and honest people, the reason I keep going back. I have never been pressured into buying something I didn't want or need. The service department is excellent and fair priced. This is one dealership that makes you feel good just walking in the door.

This is the 6th car we have purchased from Stephen Motors..I believe that in it's self would be enough reason to say that the customer is # 1 at Stephens. And we do not even live in Monticello, We live 40 miles away in Cedar Rapids. We go back to Stephens because Roger has always treated us fair.

You can't beat the customer service at this place! They make buying a car fun again. You can tell by how friendly everyone is that it's a family run business. After the bigger dealerships trying to up-sell me every time I stepped on the lot, this was a welcome change. There is no pressure, they just want you in the car that's going to make you happy. They have an excellent selection, and if they don't have it they can get it. I can't say enough about this place!
