Our two daughters both recently purchased 2025 Volkswagen Tiguans. Both Tiguans were of the same trim level and standard colors (no up-charge for special color). One daughter purchased hers through a dealership in Virginia and had it shipped to her. The other daughter purchased hers from Volkswagen of Topeka. The experiences between the two dealers were like night and day. The dealership in Virginia added several thousand dollars in fees and would not negotiate. Volkswagen of Topeka only had one reasonable dealer administrative fee that was not included in their advertised price. They also included a sunshade, roadside assistance kit, first aid kit, and VW valve stem caps at no extra charge. The paperwork was painless, and pickup was a breeze. This is the best new vehicle purchase experience our family has ever had. Everyone we dealt with at the dealership was friendly and professional. If we are ever in the market for another new Volkswagen, Volkswagen of Topeka will be our first, and highly likely, only stop.
SARGAO-He was supposed to postdate my car payment for 7 day grace period. He screwed me and my account was in a negative. I called to schedule a car payment for a different day well in advance 3 days before my actual car payment day. I am so mad.

Our salesperson, Ben, was extremely knowledgeable about the different vehicles he showed us and was very personable. My husband and I each test drove two different vehicles we were possibly interested in. We did not feel pressured to purchase that day when we left. We went home to gather more information AND our thoughts before going back the next day and making a deal.

Amazing, but more for the service adviser. An employee like Melissa Reno, made my experience amazing! Melissa kept me up to date on what was going on. Even from the first phone call I was impressed! I told her what I needed and while we were talking, she asked me what my email was, and BOOM! she sent me the estimate! Even though my car was 3-4 weeks late getting done, and keeping in contact with me, and letting me know the situation was, Melissa still made the experience amazing. I drove all the way up there from the Wichita area to have my car repaired, due to the horrible experience I had received from Steven Volkswagen in Wichita. And because of the amazing experience, as long as I get the amazing service, I will definitely drive over 2 hours again to have repairs done or a simple service done on my car!
