I would never do business with this dealership again. My wife and I made a four hour round trip to purchase a low priced CX5. Numerous texts about the vehicle. When we get there the "2 wrecks with light damage" vehicle had been hit in the side hard enough that the door was replaced and the computer needed replaced because the dome light warning never went off and you had to open the car with a key. Not a few scratches and minor damage as represented in their ad. If you do buy there make sure you get the Carfax first and study it hard. If it appears to be a really "Great Deal" I'd go somewhere else, quickly!

Had a great experience with Zane and Zach in sales and John with finance. These guys didn’t pressure me for a sale. They sold me the vehicle I wanted and they worked hard to make sure it happened with no pressure on me. I’ve had a rough year and this anxiety of mine is a little less because they were able to help me find something that helps me feel better. If you need a new vehicle a used vehicle definitely go see Zane or Zach and John in finance. I will be back down the road the way they treated me.

I had a Great car buying experience at Superior Mazda. I was looking for a good used car to replace an older one which I had been saving to pass on to my third grandson. I was grateful to meet Matt as my sales person. Matt was honest, professional and very transparent with the car facts of the three vehicles I wanted to look at. He answered all my questions, but if he did not know he found someone who could. As an example, I had a question on android auto. Matt said he would get the technical guru Gavin. Gavin answered my question and gave me more tips on how to use it. I was also grateful to meet Maggie in the lot. She had briefly helped me as Matt was finishing up with another customer. In the meantime I had tested out three cars and Maggie had noticed I did not have my phone. My phone apparently fell between the seats on one of the cars and she helped find it. Thanks Maggie. Great experience for me and the whole team deserves 5 stars. I look forward to driving my new used car to Texas to visit my elderly sister. Happy Thanksgiving!
