Shelby was wonderful to work with. I called and explained exactly what I was looking for and she called me back within 15 minutes agreeing to the deal. I went in a few hours later and drove the car off the lot. There was not a lot of back-and-forth. She was very upfront and honest about it and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Shelby was super to work with (as was the finace manger Bobby). I took several trains from the Philadelphia are and Shelby sent a Lyft ride for me to get to Bridgewater. I was very happy to see theBMW when I arrived. It was exactly as I had hoped after Shelby sent me a walk around video earlier in the day.
