Banner made me feel like family and that's the kind of people I like to spend my money with, unfortunately I didn't have enough funds to get what I truly wanted.

My Salesman Craig was very professional he got me in and out very quickly.The finance manager is one I have a problem with,He had me sign up for a warranty I really didn't understand.After about a year later I decided to cancel that warranty,I had no problem cancelling the warranty. Within 7 days the warranty was cancelled and the check was sent to the Finance manager. It took me calling and emailing him to send the check to my Finance Company.It took 7 days to send it to him,but it took 4 months for him to send it to my Finance Company. I'll never do business with that Finance Manager ever again.

I have purchased a truck from there but when I see a gun free zone where they are located I don’t feel safe. I am a Consealed weapons holder and they are just saying come rob us it ok no one will stop you. Shop somewhere else.

Will never buy another vehicle from Banner Chevrolet there service is less to be desired truck has been there 4 times an still not fixed it's sad because I have bought four vehicles from them an they way they treat there customers in Service area is terrible.
